Interior of the Vestry Hall/Recording Studios.

This is a building which is notorious of its musical use, amongst my local community & Thames Valley University in particular. It has 2 recording studios, a concert hall & a small office inside. Vestry Hall is located in South Ealing and has a relationship with Thames Valley University because of their constant use of the hall amongst their students and staff alike. As a child I attended the Thames Valley University otherwise known as the London College of Music for lessons every Saturday and had to perform concerts in the Vestry Hall on several occasions. The atmosphere of the Vestry Hall is warm & open to the nearby community in terms of being an audience to concerts & events.
In the early 19th century it was thinly attended, except on special occasions, and met at the Cross House, north of Ealing church, possibly the former church house. A new Cross House, often called simply the vestry room, was built in St. Mary's churchyard in 1840 and replaced in 1880 by the Vestry Hall in Ranelagh Road.

Sequence of Images explaining the surroundings/exterior/interior of Vestry Hall.

This Is an annotated image which clarifies where my building Is located. In the borough of Ealing.

This image is 300/400 yards away from my chosen building and shows  and shows the church opposite my chosen building.

This image shows where the road parts onto Raneleigh Road where the building I've chosen is located "Vestry Hall". It also shows a glimpse of St Marys Church beside Raneleigh Road.

This is a detailed image of where the road parts onto Raneleigh Road where my building is located.

This is an image of the road from the beginning of walking onto Raneleigh Road, It has surburban surroundings & is a quiet part of Ealing.

Approaching the building you see the gothic style facade which graces the road which was prominent in the late 1800's.

This Is a door located on the side of the building which Is a labelled as a fire exit.

These street lamps are unique and suit the style of building. They imply the gothic era the building was constructed in initially by maintaining the gothic facade.

This is the front entrance which is surrounded by a gothic style decoration, pictured in the stone.

This is an image from the inside of the building, It Is a concert hall along with a recording studio so it has a modern interior which is a contrast to the exterior of the building.

This is another image which shows the "Recording" sign. This is there because of the functions the building carries, i.e (Recording Studio).

The sign is the interlink between the Thames Valley University which is located alongside the Vestry Hall.

This Is an image of the Vestry Hall as I walk past, eventually leading onto the rear of the building.
